The views from our spacious apartment overlooking the pool were seriously Instagram-worthy! 🌊🏖️ We walked just a few minutes to the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the smell of the ocean breeze. Plus, having a washer and dryer right in our room.

I enjoyed the pool area, which wasn't crowded and offered a nice spot to relax. the cleanliness standards left much to be desired; the floors were dirty and some amenities were in disrepair. there were some good aspects, but improvements are definitely needed.

I had a lovely stay at Harbourside. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and the beach. Watching my kids at the water park from our balcony was delightful. Some minor cleanliness issues arose, but overall, it was enjoyable.

The staff at New Hotel Collection Harbourside were always cheerful and incredibly helpful. Our apartment was spacious enough for all 10 of us, which made our stay enjoyable. Plus, having easy access to the beach right outside was a huge plus, along with a washer and dryer in our unit!

Finding the check-in was a real hassle. No signs pointed to the lobby, which is across the street from the rooms. Spent about an hour just locating it. Once I got inside, the staff was nice and the rest of my stay went smoothly. The room was spacious and well-equipped, much larger than I anticipated for the price. However, the absence of blackout curtains was disappointing. Although it got mostly dark at night, some light still seeped through, making it less than ideal for a good night's sleep. I also felt the hardwood floors were too cold. some rugs would have helped. Parking was a challenge too—under oak trees, there were puddles, making it tricky on rainy days. Nearby, plenty of restaurants were within walking distance, which was convenient. So, it had its flaws, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall and consider returning despite the issues.

The waterpark is so much fun! My kids loved it, and I enjoyed lounging by the pool. Just be prepared for additional fees and noisy neighbors. Overall, a great family getaway! 🌊

Housekeeping seemed to miss the mark. we had to ask for new sheets and towels halfway through, and basic cleaning like vacuuming was neglected. Our room suffered from a clunky door that didn't lock properly, making it feel a bit less secure. With a high tub that lacked a handrail and a slippery surface, those with mobility issues might want to think twice. The AC struggled to keep up, feeling warmer than what the dial indicated, and the TV had its fair share of tech issues, not working a few nights. Over by the pool, some hair floating around made it less than appealing, showing a clear need for better upkeep.

Our stay here was amazing! The water park was such a hit with the kids, and I loved that our room had a full kitchen for cozy dinners. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was surprisingly delightful!
